NOTE: A WordPress Multisite installation is not the same thing as having multiple WordPress websites. A WordPress Multisite installation is a single WordPress installation with Network Super Admin privileges (vs standard Admin privileges) used to manage multiple websites on a single WordPress installation. If you have a WordPress Multisite installation (as opposed to multiple WordPress websites), then this support plan is for you.
